Head Of The Employment Department

Elliot is head of the Employment Department at Branch Austin LLP and started his practice at Branch Austin LLP in February 2021. Elliot graduated with a degree in law from Manchester University in 2003 following which he graduated from the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in 2005. He qualified as a New York attorney-at-law in 2008. He qualified as a solicitor in 2014 whilst at another boutique law firm in Mayfair. His legal experience stretches back to 2004.

Elliot is also a multi-jurisdictional lawyer, being both a solicitor of England and Wales and a New York attorney-at-law. A part of Elliot’s legal career has been lecturing and writing materials on US corporate, banking law and general commercial law. He has a developing practice in cases before the London Court of International Arbitration and was recently involved in a large cross-jurisdiction breach of contract arbitration case in the LCIA.
